Refund policy

At Taylor'd 3D Print & Design, all products are custom-made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
